Jassi’s easy way to poach an egg –
Simmer water in a small pan, and when it has little bubbles in it, stir the water around
Drop the egg in for one minute, keeping water whirling around egg – then quickly turn heat off
With water still swirling around, let it cook without heat for 10 minutes…
Then remove from pan with a slotted spoon… yum!
